Marie Stephan

Instructor of Nutrition

Marie Stephan is an instructor of nutrition at the Lebanese American University.

She teaches nutrition courses, as well as pre-cepting students enrolled in the Nutrition & Dietetics Coordinated Program (CP) at LAU Medical Center-Rizk Hospital and coordinating activities related to the Dietetic Internship Program at LAU affiliated sites.

After graduating from the Lebanese University and completing her internship at Rafic Hariri University Hospital, Stephan joined LAU as a dietetics preceptor, then she taught nutrition courses at a number of institutions. She enhanced her community nutrition skills after joining the International Orthodox Christian Charities and coordinating the implementation of the WHO protocol for the treatment of malnutrition in Lebanon.
