Samer Abi Ghanem is a lecturer of actuarial studies and the program coordinator of the Executive Masters in Actuarial Science at LAU.

He is an active consultant to the insurance industry in the region. His professional experience encompasses many areas of actuarial practice including employee benefits, insurance portfolio valuation, rating frameworks, pricing and reserving.

He is an associate of the Society of Actuaries in the United States.
