Farah Abou Hassan to join Fulbright program
Farah Abou Hassan, a senior in the Department of Education (B.A., Elementary Education, English), was selected as the recipient of the 2009–2010 Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistant (FLTA) Program.
Farah will be spending a full academic year at Florida State University, and will serve as a teaching assistant, tutor, and grader for Arabic courses. She will also run a weekly Arabic Conversation Table, and plan cultural activities for students to help them practice their Arabic outside the classroom.
