Dr. Sami Faltas who is an internationally acknowledged expert on Security Sector Reform (SSR) and an SSR trainer for the Centre for European Security Studies in the Netherlands, the International Security Sector Advisory Team in Switzerland, and the European Union’s External Action Service in Belgium will talk about the SSR which stands for a particular approach to the reorganization of security forces.
