Workshop on International Negotiations in collaboration with Netherlands Institute in Beirut

The workshop will help the participants in exploring the characteristics of professional political negotiators, as well as the pitfalls they face. Misunderstanding is one of the greatest dangers they must contend with. Participants will be exposed to several exercises to experience some of the difficulties and possibilities of negotiation. Furthermore, the participants will find that it is often possible for both sides to take home satisfactory results, and the weaker side is sometimes the most successful.
