Lecture on: “Studying in Germany … welcome to the land of ideas!”
The Department of Social Sciences - PS/IA program hosted a lecture on: “Studying in Germany … welcome to the land of ideas!” by Dr. Julian Pänke, Representative of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) in Lebanon and an assistant professor of Political Sciences at LAU.
Dr. Paenke informed the students about:
- Benefits from studying in Germany
- The German university System
- Acceptance requirements
- Scholarship programmes
- The role of the DAAD in Lebanon
The lecture was held on May 15, 2013 in Frem 203 (Byblos Campus) and via videoconference in Nicol 222 (Beirut Campus).
