Dr. Hans Illy is Professor of Political Sciences and Public Management, University of Constance & Arnold Bergstraesser Institute, Germany.
The presentation was followed by a roundtable discussion with: Dr. Bassel Salloukh - Dr. Jennifer Skulte-Ouaiss and Dr. Makram Ouaiss. It was be moderated by Dr. Tamirace Fakhoury.
This seminar covered a global analysis of dominant political systems typologies and was followed by a debate on the types of governance emerging in the MENA region and the driving forces shaping the transformations.
