What should I bring with me?
-Bring the prompt and any guideline, rubric or information shared by your instructor.
Do you charge me for this service?
-We don’t charge our students, faculty and staff for the usual writing services we offer.
How many sessions am I allowed to book per week?
-You are eligible to book four sessions of 30 minutes each.
What happens if I would like to modify or reschedule my appointment?
-You just need to access the WCOnline system and edit your appointment before it’s due.
What happens if I cannot make it to my appointment?
-It is easy, you just need to access the WCOnline system and cancel your appointment before it starts.
-If you fail to do so and end with 3 no-show appointments, your account will be deactivated.
Can I only book an appointment with tutors on my home campus?
-Appointments can be taken with any of our tutors or peer tutors on any campus. This practice would work most for individuals who are scheduling their appointments online.
-For Face-to-Face appointments, always make sure you will be on the designated campus.
