Conflict Resolution
The Conflict Resolution’s Master and Minor programs equip students with the knowledge and practical skills to understand, analyze, prevent, manage, and resolve conflicts across diverse settings. Through an interdisciplinary approach, students examine the political, social, psychological, legal, and cultural dimensions of conflict while developing expertise in negotiation, mediation, arbitration, diplomacy, and peacebuilding. The programs combine theory with practical tools and research skills, preparing students to transform conflicts constructively and address challenges ranging from workplace and community disputes to international crises and post-conflict recovery.
