At a time when nutrition and food systems in Lebanon face intersecting health, economic, and environmental pressures, this Research Day provides a focused platform for presenting and discussing research in population nutrition, food safety, and digital innovation, with an emphasis on evidence that informs practice and policy.

Through parallel scientific sessions, a keynote address, and a forward-looking panel discussion, the program highlights both current challenges and opportunities for rigorous, solution-oriented research. We are pleased to host colleagues whose work reflects scientific depth, methodological strength, and relevance to national and regional priorities.
